The STM32F413VGT6 device uses a high-performance Arm ® Cortex ® -M4 32-bit RISC core operating at up to 100 MHz. The Arm ® Cortex ® -M4 core features floating-point unit (FPU) single-precision and supports all Arm single-precision data processing instructions and data types. It also implements a full set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) for enhanced application security.
The STM32F413VGT6 device also integrates high-speed embedded memory (with up to 1.5 MB of Flash, 320 KB of SRAM) and connections to two APB buses, three AHB buses and a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix.
The STM32F413VGT6 device is part of the STM32F4 access product line (products combine power efficiency, performance and integration), and is special in adding the innovative feature of batch acquisition mode (BAM), which can save more power during data batch processing.
